2) What we do (service overview)
We provide tools to help you manage email interactions, including:
- Temporary/alias email addresses (short‑lived, privacy‑oriented, for testing and sign‑ups).
- Reserved/personalised addresses under our domains.
- Private domain service: at your request, we obtain and configure a private email domain for your personal use (you are the beneficial owner/registrant unless otherwise specified).
- Web access to received messages: controlled retention with auto‑deletion.
What we don’t do: We do not promise deliverability or acceptance of our domains/addresses by third‑party sites. We are not a general‑purpose bulk mailing platform. We do not permit spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, or impersonation. All emails sent using our services must be individually produced and sent; automation, mail‑merge, scripted or bulk sending is not permitted.
3) Key definitions
- Account: Your user profile, plan, and associated addresses.
- Temporary address: An address designed for short‑term use with limited retention and automated deletion.
- Reserved address: A personalised address we allocate to you under our domains while your plan is active.
- Private domain: A domain we procure and configure for you, typically registered in your name (or in ours as custodian, if you choose), subject to applicable registry/registrar terms.
- Content: Emails, metadata, files, text, or other materials transmitted, uploaded, or stored via our services.
4) Eligibility & your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a contract.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up‑to‑date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
- You must comply with these Terms, our Acceptable Use rules, and all applicable laws.

6) Cooling‑off, cancellations & refunds (consumers)
- Cooling‑off: If you are a consumer in the UK/EEA, you typically have 14 days from purchase to cancel. If you ask us to begin the service within this period, you agree that (a) we may charge pro‑rata for services delivered up to cancellation, and (b) you may lose the right to cancel once the service is fully performed.
- Cancellation: You can cancel any time in your account settings; your service will normally continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Unless required by law or expressly offered by us, fees are non‑refundable after the cooling‑off period (or after full performance during the cooling‑off period).
- Statutory rights: Your legal rights are not affected. (Note: mandatory consumer protections in a customer’s home country may still apply where required by law.)
7) Service‑specific terms
7.1 Temporary / alias addresses
- Addresses are created by request and remain usable for 15 minutes from creation.
- After 15 minutes, the address is deleted; any subsequent inbound email to that address will hard bounce.
- Messages received during the active window are retained only as needed to provide the service and are then auto‑deleted (allow up to 72 hours for deletion to propagate across caches/backups).
7.2 Reserved/personalised addresses (our domains)
- Allocated for your exclusive use while your subscription is active.
- On cancellation or non‑renewal, routing to the address will be disabled. After a reasonable cooling‑off period, we may reassign the address to another customer.
- If you later return, we cannot guarantee the same address will be available.
7.3 Private domain service
- Procurement: Upon your request and payment of fees, we obtain a domain and configure DNS/email.
- Registrant & control: By default, the domain will be registered in your name with a third‑party registrar. Alternatively, you may appoint us as custodian (registered to us) with a contractual commitment to transfer upon request and payment of any outstanding fees.
- Third‑party terms: You must accept the applicable registry/registrar terms (e.g., ICANN/Nominet policies) and provide accurate WHOIS data where required.
- Renewals & expiries: You are responsible for timely payment of renewal fees. If a domain expires, redemption/restoration charges may apply and recovery is not guaranteed.
- Transfers: We will reasonably assist with inter‑registrar transfers, subject to identity checks, policy compliance, and settlement of all balances.
- Email hosting: If we host your mailboxes, standard Fair Use, retention, and security rules apply.
7.4 Retention & deletion
- “Retention” means how long we keep emails and related data before automatic deletion.
- Temporary addresses: 15‑minute lifetime (see 7.1).
- Reserved/personalised addresses: default retention 30 days from receipt unless your plan specifies otherwise.
- Deletion may take up to 72 hours to propagate across backups and logs.
- You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before deletion.
8) Fair use & technical limits
To protect the service, we may enforce reasonable limits, for example (initial launch limits, subject to change with notice):
- Message size: up to 20 MB per message.
- Temporary address creation: up to 60 new addresses per hour per account.
- Concurrent sessions: up to 5 active sessions per account.
- Storage: for reserved/personalised addresses, an aggregate storage cap of 1 GB per account.
We may throttle, suspend, or restrict accounts that materially exceed fair use, degrade the service, or pose security risks.
9) Acceptable Use (AUP)
You must not use our services to:
- Break the law or infringe third‑party rights (IP, privacy, publicity).
- Send or facilitate spam, phishing, scams, malware, or unauthorised mass/bulk emails.
- Impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, or deceive recipients (e.g., suggesting replies will be read when the address is explicitly “no‑reply”).
- Harass, bully, or defame any person; transmit hateful or illegal content.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of systems without permission; interfere with or disrupt the service.
- Circumvent filters, blocks, or access restrictions (including domain or address blocks by third parties).
- Resell or provide the service to others without our written consent.
- Automate or mass‑send emails using our services; each outbound message must be individually authored and sent (no bulk, scripts, bots, or mail‑merge tools).
We may remove content, rate‑limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate the AUP.
10) Content & privacy
- Your content remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, transmit, and otherwise handle content only as necessary to provide the services and meet legal/operational requirements.
- Roles: For account data (e.g., profile, billing), we act as data controller. For email content we store/route on your behalf, we act as processor where applicable.
- Privacy Policy: See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data, cookies, and your rights.
- Backups & logs: Operational logs and backups may persist for a limited period after deletion events.
- Legal requests: We may preserve or disclose data if required by law or valid legal process.
- Data location: Infrastructure is currently hosted in the European Union (Germany) and may involve transfers to other locations as needed to provide the service (details in the Privacy Policy).
11) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. However, no system is 100% secure. You must keep your credentials safe and promptly notify us of any suspected breach.
12) Intellectual property (our materials)
The website, brand names, logos, software, documentation, and other materials we provide are protected by intellectual property rights and remain our property (or that of our licensors). You receive a limited, revocable, non‑transferable licence to use them solely to access and use the services in accordance with these Terms.
13) Third‑party services & registrars
Our services may rely on third‑party providers (e.g., registrars, DNS, email routing, payment processors). Their terms may apply. We are not responsible for third‑party outages, changes, or acts/omissions beyond our reasonable control.
14) Availability & changes
- We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee an error‑free, uninterrupted service.
- We may change or discontinue features (including domains and address pools) to improve performance, security, or compliance. Where a change has a material adverse effect, we will provide reasonable notice (where practicable).
- Phased rollout: Not all services or features will be available at the outset; functionality will be introduced progressively, and some features may launch in beta/preview and change substantially before general availability.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in‑product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15) Suspension & termination
- You may cancel at any time via your account (see Section 6).
- We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms (including the AUP), fail to pay fees, or create risk or legal exposure for us.
- On termination: your access to mailboxes and tools will cease and we may delete your data after a reasonable period. For private domains, we will cooperate to transfer the domain if you are the registrant and all sums due are paid.
- Certain clauses survive termination (e.g., IP, limits of liability, indemnities, governing law).
16) Disclaimers
- The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee acceptance or deliverability of emails to or from any third party, nor that addresses will be accepted by external sites.
- We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice through the service or site content.
17) Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages; loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data; business interruption; or cost of substitute services.
- Our aggregate liability for all claims in any 12‑month period is limited to the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the total fees you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in that period.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Consumers: nothing limits your statutory rights.
18) Indemnity (business users)
If you use the services for business purposes, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the services, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
19) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet or utility failures, cyberattacks, DDoS, epidemics, natural disasters, war, acts of government, registrar/registry failures).
20) Complaints & dispute resolution
- Contact us first at Support@noreplyorg.com; we’ll try to resolve your issue quickly.
- If we cannot resolve it, you may have rights to alternative dispute resolution under applicable law.
- Governing law: These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Jurisdiction: The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
21) Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: These Terms (plus any referenced policies) form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services.
- Severability: If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
